> This is a tag that is on the wall along beside the Avon , it has been dated 2024! It's the wall that goes along Carlton Mill. I have also reported Grafitti which has been there for quite some time near Carlton Mill road wall close to over the pedestrian Bridge into little Hagley . Hopefully consideration can be given to removing this tag because there seems to be copycat graffiti going on .
