> This gutter has been blocked for at least 5 years - belongs to my neighbour and it’s a rental property. There’s clearly something stuck in this which isn’t coming out with the street cleaner machine. Suggest you send folk with suitable long pole. I don’t have anything suitable or would sort myself. Cheers
