> This photo shows a continuous leak. If you check the repair records you will see when this job was completed. They did dig down on the last repair instead of just putting a skim on top. At the time asked the person leaning on the shovel if they were going to fix the leak. Replied not our job so after a time the water is now pushing through the seal and two holes are present. Why cannot this is leak be plugged.
