> Leaves and rotted leaves at side of footpath / cycle way directly opposite Hillmorton Hospital. The leaves are subsequent to the large trees in vicinity and mowing of grass verge where the vegetation has rotted and not dispersed. As cycle way is wide a city care gutter sweep machine could easily fit along path.
