> Rubbish was sighted at Riccarton Leagues Club entranceway off 18 Aspley Drive Avonhead Sunday 31 August 8.30pm just gone. This is the same person who keeps illegal dump his rubbish every time he/she gets an overflow at own residential address. I did n make a proposal to SSS a couple years ago and appears the council is happy to collect this rubbish themselves snd I guess it keeps people employed. Thank you TK
