> Oil spill that follows the shape of a U-turn from this one address. Street cleaning has been out 4 or so weeks ago and thoroughly cleaned but today the occupants have made the same oil spill again. Very smelly and it makes the whole street look bad. Can more be done about this address repeatedly spilling oil on the street? Also tyre shaped dirt marks over the neighboring driveway from parking on the council strip frequently
