> This vehicle has been parked outside our house for 3-4 weeks. It has not moved in that time. It does not belong to any of our neighbours… we have spoken with our immediate neighbours and they have already asked around other neighbours as well. WOF either expired in April, or expires next April (hard to tell). There is a lot of building in this neighbourhood and the vehicle has likely been used as a work vehicle and abandoned when no longer needed. Can the owner be contacted please?
