> Outside 6 Moa place there is a sign for residents parking which I assumed was for the previous address of 6 Moa place. Currently this was sold in 2024 and split into 4 units however this sign remains. Since then CCC has change the residents parking rules where if a place was sold residents parking is non transferable meaning it’s no longer. My partner received a rude note in which we assumed was from this address stating we are not able to park there. As this sold can this please be removed.
