> There is no footpath from Masham Rd until the rest home. Please could you make a footpath and remove the silly bars. The footpath on the other side of the road, is often not accessible for my mobility scooter because bins that have been left out or overgrowth hedges. Please could you keep me in the loop in regards to this.
