> Kia ora, There's a lot of silt coming from the smaller waterway into the Avon near a small sculpture surrounded by orange cones. This is also closer to a foot bridge in the daffodil lawn of the botanic gardens. The report is about the silt. Is it coming from a source which should have been managed better? Thank you!
