> Resident at 11 Virginia Lane, Mount Pleasant allowing excavated materials and building rubble to fall into the Glenstrae Stream. Metal hopper also dumped in the middle of the pathway by the above resident. This isn’t the first time this has happened - can someone from the Council monitor what is going on here please.
