> Blocked road drains dyer pass road Dyers pass road gutter channels are overgrowth and have slip material in the channels resulting in some areas of the road being covered in water when it rain and the subsequent days. This will be problematic if road freezes and likely result in injury. Top entrance to Victoria park to sign of kiwi is the worst area. Please clear as a matter of urgency and should be a scheduled work month or at a minimum each winter and after heavy rains/slip
