> The Strowan Stream/St Albans Creek that borders our property generally runs clear as it only flows from the natural spring in the St Andrew's College lagoon, under Papanui Rd, through Chapter St properties then to us. Lately is running cloudy and not clear. There is a small smell of sewage too. Thanks
