> Perhaps the phasing on these lights has changed as I remember seeing people fixing these lights a while back?!! Since then, the congestion coming from Rossall Street has got increasingly worse. I’ve traveled this route for over two years, and never had it been this bad. It now backs up past Rangi Ruru High (at 3:40), with all the traffic on the side streets also backing up causing even more congestion. Monday’s seem to be the worst. When you finally get to the lights, which are very short now, you can rarely go when it turns green as people coming from Heaton Street run red lights to turn right onto Strowan Road. Is there anything you can do to fix this?
