> Just a bit of feedback regarding the sign which indicates vehicle speed on Keighleys road in Bromley. There is a 30 kmh speed limit sign at the beginning of the road, then further down the road a sign which is now telling vehicle speed. Which when a vehicle approaches at 40 plus is coming up with a smiley face. Great job ??. not great when there are school children around. It either is or isn't ?
