> Hi there.i have had people using the meter boxes to climb on and gain access to my property walking around.i have had my garden shed graffiti during the night and my partner and grand children get scared when I'm out of town now.I have been in touch with the police and they said to contact my local council to see if anything can be done as I can't raise the hight of my fence.any ideas on what can be done would be much appreciated
