> The council truck was sweeping early this morning the street into the gutters but have not cleared out the gutters,so all they swept off the roads... take away containers , rubbish, cans etc are now in the gutters which with rain will once again block the gutters up,would appreciate they do the job properly and return to clear the gutters. Thank you
