> Linda and Malcolm Burk of 23 Montgomerys Road have used a number of tyres against their bank. They are upstream from me. I fear my stream below, which I use to water my garden and vegetabkes, will be contaminated from toxic leach. Also, as the mechanic, Murray Pedon, now lives with them, that a potential stockpiling of tyres could occur.
