> The vehicle has been parked partly over my driveway entrance at 7B Kipax Place for the last 3 days making it difficult to gain entrance to my property. I’ve call council and they’ve said they can’t do anything because it’s after hours and it’s not over the whole entrance. Hoping you can do something to help.
