There's a self seeded pine tree the resident at #39 has requested to be cut down before it becomes larger, unmanageable, & a potential hazard. It is located close to a wire boundary fence between 43 Dyers Pass Rd (CCC water reservoir site) and Council land, which borders 39 Dyers Pass Rd. Also close to the pine tree on the same wire boundary fence, on the 43 Dyers Pass Rd side, there is an area of rubbish & potential drug waste.
