> People have made a clearing on council reservoir land next to my house where they appear to have been drinking and taking drugs - seems regularly used. Lot of rubbish there and what appears to be a smashed watch. Feels like a security and rubbish risk and could be a fire risk in summer when the scrub gets dry. Lot of neighbourhood kids play round the reservoir area and I wouldnt like them to stumble across this either. Would be great if could be removed? Not sure how.
