> The storm water retention pond located north side of roadway ( Barns Road) the pond has been maintained by CCC in the past.The surrounding vegetation especially on the north-side adjacent to commercial development (#67) on the southern side of pond requires weed control and thinning of over-planted species such as lemonwoods and other pittosporums to ensure health of existing mature planting.
