> Cars kept parking in the circle of the cul-de-sac and far out from the curb. It narrows the angle when I reverse out from my driveway and narrows the entrance in/out of the ROW. It's not safe. Can yellow no-parking lines be painted within the circle of the cul-de-sac please?
