> The grass verge outside numbers 14 and 16 Swanleigh Place is totally soggy with water leaking from the photographed sites. The water is pooled above the drain caps and the situation is getting worse It is over a six by two metre area. The main drain in the street is not full and so this does not seem to be connected to the immediate problem .
