> Residents from Ototahi Trust at 263 Ferry Rd dump their rubbish on CCC fenced off land behind the toilet block. Rubbish attracts rubbish. On my previous post, Ototahi Trust responded that they were not responsible and CCC emailed to say they were not responsible. I emailed local councilor Jake Mcleanan to suggest mediation but he did not respond. My suggestion is either take the fence down so rubbish is not hidden or seal the area off completely. Rubbish attracts rats and that is my concern.
