> Once again we are picking up rubbish in Waiwetu Domain and having to take it home due to removal of a council rubbish bin. The moronic response from CCC is that “rubbish complaints have reduced since removal of the bin.” This is because residents are doing the councils job and have given up on CCC. Return the bin as a core service to local residents given we are doing CCC’s job for it.
