> Water is leaking onto street and storm water street gutter is overflowing. About 11 years ago, CCC repaired the drainage system into the gutter after flooding during rain, but nothing changed and instead they put in dirt and stones into our irrigation system so it no longer works and started leaking a bit but over the past week it has started leaking heavily and now constantly floods the gutter. Also the CCC installed valve doesn't close properly, according to a CCC contractor who visited today.
