> Gutter bridges too low, not enough clearance and Debra easily gets stuck. This causes flooding every time it rains. These old gutter need renewing as the rest of the street does not have them. There are 4 driveways that do and they cause flooding on the street when it rains every time. Please upgrade these to prevent it from happening. Not sure why there are only 4 on the street like this?
