> I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the property at 6 Kemsley Lane. The rubbish bin from this address is routinely left out on the roadside for several days following the scheduled collection. This practice not only detracts from the appearance of the street but may also create obstruction and hygiene concerns. I respectfully request that the residents be reminded of their responsibility to remove their bins promptly after collection in accordance with council regulations.
