> Cass Bay has lots of sediment on the western side and appears to be caused by an uncovered building site at 33 Mariners Cove. I have captured videos of the silt runoff going down the drains that connect to the sea. There are sand bags around the drain but they are not effective. I would suggest that properly securing the black poly covers would help a lot but they are behind the fence. No one has worked on this site for over a month.
