> During heavy rainfall, stormwater is flowing off road into my property (44 Council Hill Road). Problem existed before but has been made worse since culvert/drain filled in by logging company (Davis Logging) at the end of last year. I have a video from yesterday’s peak rain (130mm in 24 hours) of water flowing down road, collecting in filled drain and over flowing over road and down my driveway. Is there any way road drainage can be directed away from flooding my property, please?
