> The Council berms outside 98 Lowry Avenue are very overgrown and a tripping hazard. I am on the mowing list but seem to being ignored. It is dangerous and unsightly. I am elderly and disabled, I cannot do it, We don't want to beg, but please do something about it. As a ratepayer I would like some action PLEASE. Someone is going to fall.
