# Traffic Signals, 18 Shands Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand

Hornby, Christchurch · filed 7 October 2025 · report 7005199
https://www.chch.live/report/7005199

> When traveling from Goulding Ave to Amyes Rd at about 7.50 tonight, there were at least five cycles of the lights where there was no green light to go straight ahead, despite being a long line of traffic waiting. I'm concerned that this could lead to people choosing to run red lights. I would appreciate a brief email update, please.
