> Traffic on main road ‘ leaving’ Sumner has been backed up from 9 am and still at 4.40pm Clearly traffic control in this stretch of road isn’t managed well. Slow moving to crawl speed. Given it was a hot day I understand some congestion however that could be managed better in this day and age?
