> Growcott Freer short term rental in the gated development The alarm was going off again last night for about 45 minutes from approximately 4.30 am It was so so so loud It came from number 256 Manchester street This is an ongoing problem with the short term rental properties in that development. I have informed the developers multiple times over the past several months and was told they can’t help so now I don’t bother anymore. Is there anything that the Council can do? Thank you Ester
