> This car was parked at Disabled parking spot and when I told driver not to park there so he rudely behaved and being stubborn he parked in the same spot at Phillipstown Community Hub. Vehicle Rego is NMW492. There were plenty of car parks vacant but the driver insisted on parking in a disabled spot and no Disable permit was visible in the car.
