> hello. i bike to work and it is hard not to notice the rubbish in the overgrown planting and weeds as i wait on opawa rd to cross brougham st at the lights. i did actually notice someone today had weed wacked but it still looked untidy and there was still quite a bit of rubbish. if it is a transit issue perhaps you could please forward this onto them - or let me know who i should contact there. thanks, fiona
