> This hedge bulges onto the pavement, reducing the width to about 50cm in places. It continues for about 30 or 40 metres and makes it unsafe for elderly people, mums, and children to negotiate. I have a friend who uses a walker who lives in the close-by retirement village and feels unsafe walking down past the hedge.
