> There is a section along Kirkwood ave with parking 30 mins between 9am and 2.30pm, and 3 minutes 8am-9am and 2.30pm-3.30pm. There has recently been a reduction in the street parking availability due to the construction for the UC rec centre, and I assume the cars parking in the above mentioned section is uni students. As an Ilam school parent, this is extremely frustrating not being able to find a park and has further flow on effects such as cars parking not only illegally, but dangerously.
