> Broken Main, located outside 3 Rawhiti Street, Diamond Harbour. Have notified the council on 2 other occasions. This has now escalated and the water flow has doubled since this photo was taken. Probable flooding of properties down hill. Sodden verges and slippery road surfaces. Water pressure to homes near by have diminished too.
