> There appears to be a bollard missing off this walkway. Last night when touch rugby was on, cars were parking on the grass and the path. It was very dangerous and chaotic- especially with the road works and children running around. I have noticed this previous on Saturday mornings when winter sport is on also. Replacing the bollard will help eliminate part of the issue, parking wardens may also assist.
