> The stormwater pipe that comes out into the gutter always has water puddling and this flows about 4-5 houses towards Westminster St. It is always wet even when we haven’t had any rain. Been like this for weeks I think one of the houses down the long driveway (numbers 13-15) are draining their grey water into the stormwater drains but don’t know who or why. The water is gathering leaves and other rubbish and becoming an eyesore. Need to find out what is happening to stop this continuing.
