> Not sure about by-laws for Halswell properties but is there something that can be done about the state of neighborhood properties that are overgrown with weeds. The state of the garden detracts from the general standard of the neighborhood and also means that neighbour's are having to spend a lot of extra money on weed control. The neglect affects surrounding property values and becomes a fire risk when hip height grasses/weeds dry out during summer.
