> This section of gutter has a lot of stones/clay sediment inside itfrom construction further up the hill. This means that leaves etc can not flow through. Every time it rains, even a small pile of leaves means it blocks and floods water out into the path of drivers. The fix is to water blast/dig all the sediment out of the entire section of guttering.
