> Water leaking again on a recently patched bit of footpath clearly the ground’s decided to try hydrotherapy. At first, I thought it was just a stubborn puddle refusing to dry, until I realised the footpath itself was bubbling. Either there’s a spring forming, or Christchurch is trying to reinvent Rotorua. I see other users reported this two weeks ago so maybe the election got in the way of fixing it. Either way, it better not count toward our daily water limit unless the footpath’s paying rates.
