> Very overgrown foliage causing major inconvenience to foot traffic opposite Westburn School. Children are forced to walk on the grass verge which is permanently muddy. This becomes dangerous and they often slip over on the way to school. Adults now need to duck in order to walk along footpath. The overgrown plants attract rubbish and are often full of beer bottles.
