> Since the EQs a spring on this property has been flowing out to Dallas Street. Successive owners have failed to address this and until lately the footpath has been a water hazard. The boundary is a swamp and my trees on 3Dallas have almost all died. Now, as part of a recent section tidy, two channels have been cut in the footpath. There is now a water hazard and a trip hazard. I think the CCC needs to act to ensure the owner solves the issue properly. There needs to a drain under the path
