> access from back Westmoreland Heights onto Worsleys Rd. this access is not meant to be open until lights at bottom of worsleys cashmere rd hoon hay rds are operational. the chained gate has been rammed and smashed and now cars are driving a circuit creating a hazard. please restore barrier until terms of operation as agreed with council and subdivision are adhered to. thanks
