> The Council stormwater sump are not well sealed and allowing water to flow Sub Surface. Please contact me as I have additional video and photos to show the issues. There are additional issues with water but these relate to number 14 inside their property and is being dealt with separately. My client at number five is receiving SubSurface water from the unsealed council curb and channel and sumps. Can someone please review Merlewood Lanes sumps and channel and undertake repairs to seal fully.
