> These car bumpers have gotten higher and the big containers of water. I have already notified council in August of this property, these are at risk of falling on to the footpath, there are elderly people who walk the area, and even though they are on the berm, if they fall, they risk injuring someone, also I’m sure this can be deemed a fire risk as well . Can something be done
